DERA PARTNER PORTAL

Your partner workspace

View your application and the next step requested by DERA.

Start with your next step. Home shows what to do now. Use Refresh status to check for a newer update; opening this workspace does not submit anything.

Read your status, then open the application. A draft can still be edited. After submission, use the current DERA request to send a separate response; your original receipt stays unchanged.

This is your file overview. Use Open documents in application to download a checked file or provide a requested upload. A pending check means the file is still unavailable.

Use messages for questions after submitting. This private application thread is shared with DERA. For requested files or corrections, follow the request in your application. Send or discard your message draft before changing sections.

Read the stage and its dates together. Vehicles shows updates DERA has chosen to share with you. Use Refresh vehicles to check again; a shared stage is a recorded update, not live tracking.

How to use your partner workspace — from first visit to later updates

Create your account, then apply.
Your account lets you return to your private work. Account creation and email verification do not submit an application. If Home says no application exists, use Start an application. Return with the same account to find your saved work.
Start small, save, then send your profile.
New applications start with five short initial-profile screens. Save and continue saves the current screen before moving forward. To stop, use Save and leave and wait for confirmation; return with the same account. On the review screen, Send initial profile sends your answers to DERA. Look for the receipt and follow your next step. Qualification evidence and the qualified market-and-vehicle plan are separate later stages. An older full application keeps its original received format.
Read the review and respond to the request.
Received — unverified means your submission was recorded. Evidence review or Exception review means assessment is still in progress. Needs information means you should read DERA’s request. Open it in the application, save your response if needed, then submit it for review. Requested transaction corrections use a complete updated schedule and preserve the original submission. Receipt is not partnership approval.
Use Documents for files and Messages for questions.
Documents lists your current application and response files. Uploads and downloads are handled in the application. Wait for security and format checks, and replace rejected files where the draft allows it. Keep your own copies. Messages supports text after application submission: select Send message and look for the recorded confirmation. Unsent message drafts stay only in this tab. If sending is uncertain, use Retry exact send. Replies appear here; this page does not email them.
Prepare an agreement only at the requested stage.
You do not need a lawyer or a contract to complete the initial application. If DERA later requests a proposed agreement, the application opens the relevant response fields for the preparing lawyer, version and unsigned PDF. Contract discussion is a review stage. Agreement acceptance, signing and vehicle commitments require their separate decisions. Read the later agreement process.
Check later vehicle, shipment, sale and settlement updates.
Vehicles shows selected records shared by DERA, including the recorded stage and any provided shipment references or expected dates. Compare Last shared with Source update recorded to understand how current an update is. A label such as SOLD or SETTLED does not by itself verify a sale, remittance or reconciled payment. Ask DERA in Messages if a record is unclear or expected updates are missing; no shared update is not proof that work has stopped.
