EXPORTS
Vehicle export and shipping from Japan
Coordinate export preparation, documents, container loading and international shipping within an agreed Japan-side scope.
Container or RoRo arrangements depend on the cargo and available route. Buyers confirm destination import requirements; carrier schedules and bookings are checked for each shipment.
What to send
Cargo type and quantity, current location, destination country and port, available documents and preferred timing. Include cargo dimensions if requesting container planning.
How the quotation works
DERA reviews your request and confirms the proposed scope. The written quotation or order sets out the applicable goods, DERA fees, third-party costs, currency, taxes and exclusions before chargeable work is agreed.
How to measure cargo for container planning
Measure each unit in its packed condition, including any pallet, crate or packaging. Use the outside length, width and height at the widest points, and enter the gross packed weight for one unit.
If your shipment contains items with different dimensions or weights, add them as separate cargo groups and enter the quantity for each group.
The estimator compares your totals with the container example you select. It does not create a loading plan or confirm that cargo can be accepted. Stacking, shape, securing, floor loading, door clearance, handling requirements, the booked equipment and route-specific limits still need review.
Estimate container space
Enter the outside dimensions and gross weight of each packed unit, including pallets. Quantities multiply each row.
